This week we had yoga sessions with BJ at two of our locations: INNterm Housing and Harford Family House. The kids remembered a lot of the poses from prior sessions and had no trouble keeping up. Most importantly, they had a lot of fun. Afterwards, they had a healthy snack with the group.
We concluded our spring educational program at the Harford Family House on Thursday night. Thank you to Courtney for teaching us about balance, breathing, and being IN the moment.
The kids at Sarah’s Hope kicked off the spring session with guest instructor Emily Moore! She taught the kids strengthening exercises and played a game where everyone could encourage and support one another. Delke Crouthamel led a dance activity that was ‘thrilling!’
