Last Friday, Melanie led a large group in high energy cardio followed by a calming meditation session which allowed the children to de-stress and be in the moment. Thanks to the handful of volunteers we had in attendance!!
Thanks to our Empower4Life network, we collected: 462 pieces of jewelry 148 scarves 190 handbags for the United Way of Central Maryland Mother’s Day campaign. The children at the Boys’ and Girls’ Club will be able to make some pretty awesome bags for their mammas! Thank you to everyone that contributed.

On Tuesday, the kids at INNterm Housing made sensory play dough using essential oils that are great for uplifting moods, relieving stress, and instilling a sense of calm in the children.
On Thursday, April 27, the kids at the Harford Family House participated in yoga and meditation with Courtney. The kids already had some yoga experience, so they enjoyed the challenge of learning new poses.
Last Thursday, the kids at Sarah’s Hope enjoyed a rainy evening of stress relief. They made sensory play dough and chose their favorite essential oil scents from Lindsay Eney. Emily also led the kids in focused yoga sessions and allowed them to get out their energy.
