Giving 243 Children in Poverty a Bright Christmas

8 years ago, we were scanning individual pieces of paper to generous donors in the community, managing a crazy amount of emails and rallying a few dozen people to support our holiday project in an effort to help a few dozen children in need. Fast forward to 2022…we have a completely automated system in place and our project/impact has grown in crazy ways…

This year we supported 243 children living in poverty, rallied more than 410 volunteers, engaged more than 500 generous individual donors & 43 groups in various states, wrapped more than 2,600 gifts, stuffed 400 stockings and collected 380 hand made cards filled with love and kindness. All of this thanks to the hundreds of hours put in by our project manager, Ashley Fallon, as she absolutely crushed it, making this the most well-oiled machine filled with nothing but beautiful, organized chaos over the last month. I woke up to dozens of texts and emails from folks complimenting the project and how lucky we are to have Ashley. Don’t we know it!
