Providing Shelters Face Masks in Desperate Times of Need

Busy day today! 2,732 items (food, care products, cleaning supplies) sorted and delivered to the Student Support Network for distribution tomorrow to low income families struggling to maintain for their families during the pandemic.

The director of the Eastside shelter reached back out to us a few days ago in desperate need of additional face masks for her staff and residents....our volunteer got right to work sewing more. Today we delivered an additional 84.

Lastly, we got a call this morning about a family with six children (ages 1-12) with no food in their home and no diapers for the children. They have no resources and there was not a viable plan. We delivered a carload of sustained support to help carry them through.

The struggle is real for so many right now in a wide variety of ways; check on your neighbors and loved ones.

Thanks to all of our donors, shoppers and volunteers for all of your support with this project!
