2020 Penguin Plunge

SO many people to thank for the incredible event yesterday at Sunset Cove. I’ll start with my friends Julie Taylorson & Scott Steele (miss you so much buddy I know you would have been there yesterday with a smile and all the inappropriate comments) for coming to me with this proposal a few years back and working their butts off to make it happen. They believe in the work Empower4Life is doing and for that, I am eternally grateful! This event means even more to me now.

To the crew yesterday that pulled it all together with a lot of time, hard work and perseverance, THANK YOU! Charles Michael, Nicole Massoni & David K. Steele & your team.

To the 200+ plungers, supporters and volunteers, we thank you for giving up part of your weekend to spend it with us. To the Kristie Quigley Foundation-your generous donation of $4,000 that you presented us with at the event was such a shock and will go such a long way in our work. I look forward to placing a picture of Kristie in our office for all our visitors to see and learn about. The final numbers are not yet in, but I’m confident we killed last years total.

Giving back while having fun is our absolute favorite!
